I want to purchase a iPad online and wish to pick up in store, however, I am also purchasing other accessories, they show a different ready for pick up time, am I able to pick up the iPad and accessories at the same time despite that they show a different ready for pick up time ?

If collecting from a physical Apple Store, if your pick-up times are for the same day - and are not significantly different by many hours - you are unlikely to have major difficulties.
Just explain to the the pickup staff that you have multiple items to collect - and appreciate that you may have to wait for a short time while your items are gathered together; staff tend to be very helpful to those that customers that are polite and courteous.
