I am really concerned how a cancelled 1 month trial subscription was charged to my apple ID.
The invoice doesn’t appear when I go to your refund page.
I need a refund because I cancelled that trial a head of time yet they charged me for 1 month.

Thank you Dear Roger for your clarification I thought Apple runs this platform
They do, but it's for users - the only Apple staff who post here are the Hosts (moderators) and they can't take any action.
