I think I recently got a virus on my computer because i found these things that I have never seen before.
is there a way to delete them from the full disk access section?

None of them are suspicious, and i don’t think you can remove them.
As noted, unchecking the box will prevent them from having “full disk access.”

Can you uncheck these items?
They get added (w/o being checked) when apps that want to use FUll disk Access are installed.
Are the apps still installed?
