New releases on TV+

I recently received a free six month Apple TV plus and redeemed it, but it’s not allowing me to watch a newly released movie from December. It is in my Up Next, but won’t let me watch it. Is there a reason for this?

No. Whoever told you that was mistaken. Matrix: Resurrections is not part of the Apple TV+ content.

The Apple TV+ only includes Apple Original content.

What movie exactly?

Apple TV+ and the 6 free month offer only apply to Apple's Original content. It does not apply to content from other studios or media providers.

Look for the tv+ icon on the poster for included content.

It is the new matrix movie. I know HBO max has it, but I was told you can watch it if you have Apple TV plus 🤷🏻‍♀️
