Find My app no longer recognizes my iPhone. I've tried "add other item" and it doesn't recognize my phone. How do I get it back on the listed devices?

On your phone open Settings, tap on your name at the top, verify that it is your correct Apple ID, then tap on Find My and turn it on if it is off.
