Smart Invert keeps turning on automatically after charging iPhone 8

Ever since I updated to iOS 14, Smart Invert (Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size) keeps turning on automatically every time I charge my iPhone 8. It is still doing it after updating to iOS 15 and yes, I have turned the phone completely off and on again. Any ideas why this is happening?

SMART INVERT PROBLEM, 2 IPADOS 16 Installed Since iPadOS 16 update every time I restart my 2 iPads it switches on SMART INVERT and I have to switch it back off. And every time I take them off sleep mode the screens are in SMART INVERT again but right themselves on their own. This is obviously a glitch in this update and not my 2 iPads. Can someone tell me how to stop this rotten glitch. Hard to understand why Apple hasn’t picked it up since there has now been 2 updates since IPADOS 16.
