Can't update payment method in iTunes for Apple TV+ subscription

I don't have an Apple device and I am not able to update the payment method for my Apple TV+ subscription.


Updating the payment method on my AppleID does not seem to work. My Samsung TV still thinks the payment method is old.


I've tried updating the payment method using AppleMusic on an Android laptop, but that doesn't work.


Any ideas?
