I see you are having issues logging into your Apple ID to use for FaceTime and iMessages, I’ve dealt with the same thing multiple times, which can be a pain. But, if I remember correctly try using these recourses I’ll have below, and if none of it works, I suggest contacting Apple. The Apple Support link will be farther below.
