I want to add 50 GB package but it comes allways an error. What can i do?

Make sure your payment information is correct and current, and over in Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > select Sign Out, then log back in and try the upgrade again.
Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
