iPad recovery

Hi! So I have an old iPad Mini (Nov 2012) that I literally cannot use because it has been disabled for 47,560 minutes. Yes, that many minutes. I want to try and recover it. It isn't registered under any of my devices for some reason. I'm not exactly sure what to do with it because I'd really like to start using it again, especially for college, and I do not have the money to spend on another iPad. Thoughts?? I've tried resetting it and everything. I'm at a end right now.

You are going to have to restore the device, however you are also going to have to remember the Apple ID and password used to activate the device to complete the restore. See the information here, If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support
