I need a smart album that shows photos without keywords

Why doesn't this smart album work? The results contain photos with and without keywords.

It appears that the app does not recognize smart albums as "albums" because it returns a number in the '000's. Hope i am doing something wrong, because its a useful feature.

Because that will show all items that don't have the keyword "tick". It is just a keyword like any other.
