My wallet won’t show my balance for me to transfer money how can I go about fixing this issue

Apple ID balance shows zero even after adding money I have added ₹2000 to my apple id and the amount has been deducted from my bank account immigration but then too it’s showing ₹0 balance in my apple id balance.
