I can't log into iCloud

Hello. I used to live in Finland and had my old finnish number connected to my icloud. I’ve now moved to Russia, and I have a new russian number. I restarted my phone and no longer can log into my old icloud, since I no longer have the number that was connected to it. I clicked on the option ”enable to use this phone number” and it said that it has now sent a code to my iCloud. But the problem is, i cannot log into my iCloud. So I cannot even see the code that is now sent to my iCloud. Please help me get my iCloud back I really need it. I can do anything to prove that it’s mine.

It sounds like you're looking to get a verification code for signing in with two-factor authentication. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities. Let's see if this helps.


There are a few ways you can get the code. Follow the steps in Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication. If you have another device signed in on the same account, this will guide you through how to get a code on that device. 


If you don't have another device and the issue remains, follow the steps in the section, "If I can't sign in, how do I regain access to my account?" in Two-factor authentication for Apple ID. If you don't have a device that's currently signed in and don't have access to your phone number, part of this process will require you to go through account recovery 


Be sure to learn all about account recovery so that you know all the in's and out's of the process: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password
