I would like a refund for charges I’m being charged. I only have one subscription and that’s only $5.99

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

I don’t see it on my apple account but it’s coming out of my payment method I have set up for apple. It has come out of that account and says for a apple subscription. I only have one and that’s that due till September.
Jess, If it is on your credit card but not on your Apple ID, perhaps your card is being used for another Apple ID? Check the steps in the document that I linked, and if necessary reach out to Apple Support.
