Help with Apple Watch

How can I get a new email and password set up for this Watch without having a serial number, MIED or IMEI. I have proof that I bought the Watch from Amazon but seller said since it’s been a year since I bought it he doesn’t have any of the three items asked for when requesting to have email and password changed.
