Taking a long time to load apps on new phone

Confirm you are updated to iOS 15.2. If you are not, update your iPhone.

If so, I would recommend resetting your network settings. This should resolve your issue.

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
