Focus question with messages

I have searched for a fix for this issue and while it seems I am amongst many who have it, I still cannot figure out how to fix this.

When I send a text to my wife, she gets back a message at the bottom of text that says “___ has notifications silenced”.

I have obviously turned off the focus feature on ALL my devices (iPhone, iPad, and my new MacBook), restarted, updated new IOS, etc.

Nothing works. The crazy thing is it seems like it’s just my wife who is affected by this but I cannot figure out how to fix it (I assume it’s only her because no one else has brought it up to me)

Please advise if you have had this problem and definitely fixed it.
