Is there any way to port an iOS app to my Intel Mac? Preferably just with default Mac apps and no extra ones.

If you are the developer of the app, you can compile it to run on a Mac using the proper development tools...

But I suspect you mean an app you downloaded from the App Store, in which case the answer is, "no".
