I have another Apple Music account with a different email. How do I cancel it?

Use a computer (with a web browser) and logon to Apple Music with your other email and cancel there. See the 'If you don't have an Apple device or Windows PC' section in:

or as it says in that section:

"If you want to cancel a different subscription from Apple, contact Apple Support."
