Sound breaking up during video calls using an iPhone 13 pro
Does anyone have experienced sound breaking up during video calls using an iPhone 13 pro? Where can I complain about this problem?

Depends on the App you are using for said Video Calls.
If using 3rd party Apps like WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, etc... you would need to contact the specific app's customer support.
