Aggregate device audio

Aggregate device works properly only in QuickTime Player and Settings. Other apps won't pick up sound from multiple devices, whether I'm trying to combine two mics or desktop audio and mic. Here are my settings. Any clues why it doesn't work?

I had a disaster this morning when screen sharing whilst playing a video in a Teams meeting on my iPad as the students could not hear the video and I could not find anywhere the equivalent 'include system audio' option on my iPad. The mic on my desktop has stopped working and I need to be able to screen share on Teams teaching videos that I created for my class. I have 7 weeks home teaching ahead of me!!!!!

How do I add spatial audio in my control center? I Can see my control center and when I hold volume it says spatial audio not available how can I change that?
