89% won't do it. It would need to be under 80% for a warranty replacement. Other than that, you might be able to request a battery replacement for a cost. Not sure, because in some countries (especially where there's only fully exchanges) there might even be a requirement that it be under 80%.

No, there is nothing wrong with the battery at 89%.

Same as the iPhone, 1 year for the standard warranty.
