Refund Support 5 year old made purchases without consent.

I did a reboot on my sons Ipad and didn't noticed I left the security response question off. He made around $1300 in purchases from Dec. 28- Jan 7th. I was able to get a little over $150, but there has to be away to get the rest. My son is extremely sorry, and till know he is not allowed to use the iPad. Is there anyone that can support me, or point me in the right direction.

I know game producers have the ability to erase or recover the game at a earlier date. I just really need this money back to make a payment on my house and cover some other bills.
