My iPhone se volume doesn’t work in my apple aracde games

Arcade games over iPad Hi, I got this Apple Arcade subscription and trying to open few games however to my surprise there is no sound in any games even if the sound option is On. I checked on YouTube that when we launch Archade then also it launches with some beep sound but in my case its silence and then further for any games I tried they are all silent. i am using iPad 10.2 inch 2020 version. Kindly suggest what should I do to enable volume/sound option. other than arcade games, i mean when I download outside of Arcade, all works perfectly fine with sound so the issue is with arcade sound only.. thanks, Pradip

Why isn’t my sound working on games? Sound not working

No volume on some of the games I play on my iPhone. I have no volume on some of the games that I previously had sound on. I have already checked the volume controls on the game websites as well as on my iPhone settings and both are at the max level. I reloaded the games also. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

We'd like to help you find the best resolution path for sound in games. We would recommend checking to see if Silent Mode is off, and you can look how to turn this off here: How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode. If this does not help, check Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to make sure you have the latest update. We hope this helps.
