My iPad battery is dead for three days and it’s not charging. I tried restarting, changed the adaptor and cable, charged for 1 hour. None is worked. What should I do?

As described, your iPad battery may have failed due to deep discharge. Li-ion batteries must not be allowed to remain fully discharged for any period of time, as unrecoverable damage to the battery can occur. These support pages should help with troubleshooting battery and charging issues:

Charge and monitor the iPad battery - Apple Support

If your iPad won't charge – Apple Support

Troubleshooting generally requires substitution of the Power Adapter and cable for another known-good item.

If you continue to experience difficulties, you might be best advised to seek assistance directly from from Apple Support. If the iPad will power-on while connected to its Power Adapter, a remote diagnostic test will be possible.

You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page. Alternatively, if you have access to another Apple device, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your device, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
