Beats Studio 3 Skyline Colection Seat

Hello!

I'm using this headphones for 3 weeks in winter time between 5 to -2 C

2-3 times I heard a crack in right ear from the headphones when i was listening to music.

after I charged them, I put it on my head to listen some music, and when i wanted to torn them on, i felt a crack. I have no ideea how it happened.

I didn't drop them, I didn't sit on them, I didn't bend them.

Looks like the battery was inflated an damaged this little (hooks).

but the battery looks fine.

anyone have any ideea of what could it be?

I have a problem.

Mine beats studio 3 was bought in Moldova unsealed and they was already activated. The guaranty from Apple was expired. i bouth them o month ago.

They tell me that this is my folt not a hardware issue, and they gave me two option.

1) i pay them 800lei (45$) for repair them,

2) they return it to me broken and the guaranty from them is expired.

Can you please sent me a letter as Apple support so i can go to police and then to judgment?

I'l be so so thankfull for your hep!!

I love apple product and i'm using only apple product.

They sell all this Beats Studio 3 with Apple guaranty expired, they are all unsealed and activated.
