iPhone purchase receipt

I don't have IMEI number on my iPhone purchase receipt but the insurance company is saying I need the IMEI number on my receipt. how do I get that?

If you bought your device from Apple Online Store, contact them and explain your problem.

In all other circumstances, contact the seller and ask them to certify what your insurance company is requiring.

i have the imei number and everything I want it on the receipt as a proof of purchase. my receipt from the apple store has only the serial number but no imei number which my insurance company is asking me to do.
