Red dot by battery/charging spot

I know it means your microphone is in use but how do you fix it?

There is no way to remove the amber coloured indicator that appears when your device’s microphones are in use - it’s a security feature built into iOS.


Similarly you also cannot get rid of the green indicator that appears when the camera is on.
