I have a 32 gig iPad and I have offloaded everything but 4 programs, but my iPad stills says I’m out of storage. Something is wrong.

What is wrong with iPad storage?

32GB is really very, very easy to fill. iPadOS system files alone can consume +9GB of available space - plus system data, Apps and user data consuming yet more.

If your internal storage is full, your only option is to better manage the storage that you have - and delete unused Apps or unneeded data.

“Offloading” Apps can be a helpful method of creating temporary space for a software update.
