Gift card scratched

Hi guys recently i asked my mom before going to school to buy me a itunes gift card 20$ (im not allowed to do anything by myself) and then i went to school

a few hours later my mom texted me that she scratched a little bit too much on the card and she threw it away and asked the employees if they could give a new one but sadly they said no

there is a picture of the code that was scratched off in my chat thats all we got is there anything you guys could do? Her camera doesn’t work well

its blurry and not helpful
