I barely used my apple watch 3. I try to get it on and it says “too many passcode attempts” i have did the factory reset where you erase all content but it will not go away. Please help!

Well it want let me enter a passcode. When i try to pair with my phone it want do that or let me do me do manually…. It goes right back to “too many passcode attempts” :(
