Activation lock

I have an iPhone of mine that I locked because I lost it and I know my Apple ID and password but it’s not giving me any prompt or anything to input that information it just sits at the activation Lock Screen and does not give me any way of going pass this screen.

You will have to login to your iCloud account and shut off lost mode for that device:
