Before you ask or give me an answer that I have already researched, we do not share an AppleID period. What other reasons would cause this?

In settings on both phones, open settings and click on the users name at the top, then click on 'Name, Phone Numbers, Email'. In here, it will show how you are accessible on that device. check and remove any unwanted connections.

On your iPhone.
Open Settings app
Tap Messages
Tap Send & Receive
Uncheck your husbands phone number as well any number or email address you don't want to get your messages
Assuming you're referring to iMessages, SMS, or MMS messages, the ONLY possible way for that to happen is to be using the same iCloud account for messages on both devices. There is no alternative.
My number is the only one listed.

Nor can we read minds, maybe state the findings of your research.
As stated, we do not share an AppleID period. Every answer found said that we must be sharing the same AppleID; but, not true in our case.
My phone number is the only number listed.
