SOS

hi there, just two days ago I went somewhere that had no reception and once i got back into an area that had reception my phone is only says SOS since on the top right corner and wont let me get reception again since. I have contacted my phone servicer and they said that it is nothing on their end. My phone now will also not charge or connect to my apple car play.
