Using wired Bose Headphones
I have two sets of wired Bose noise-cancelling headphones and neither play through both ears when I use the headphone jack on my iPhone 12 Pro Max

Just wondering what you meant by the headphone jack since there hasn't been one since the iPhone 7 was available. If it's the adapter, have you tried other headphones? The only thing I can think is maybe a misalignment in the contacts.
