Voicemails delayed on IPhone

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. You don't receive voicemails until almost a month after the voicemail is left. Right?

Does this happen only with Visual Voicemail or traditional voicemail as well? If you don't normally check your voicemail manually, you can do so by dialing your own number, press * or # depending on your carrier, then enter your voicemail password. Check out Check your voicemail on iPhone. Determining whether this happens only with Visual Voicemail or with voicemails in general can give insight into where the issue occurs. If they are not showing up in your inbox when you dial your number, reach out to your carrier for further assistance.
