iPhone Green Screen Issue

Hey everyone,

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TB - I have noticed that during cold temperatures combined with low brightness my display has a quite obvious green tint. If the phone is cold - It will for the most part go away when I turn my brightness to max but if I go back to minimum it will show up again. Once the phone warms up, everything goes back to normal with no lasting issues. Also to elaborate on “cold” - as I am writing this, my phone has been in my pocket for approximately 2 hours outside and the current temperature is around 28°F - is anyone else having this issue? This is my first iPhone in which I am having this issue and it’s getting quite annoying. Anyway, maybe someone can chime in on why this is occurring / possible fixes.

Thank you!

Justin

You have purchased a very expensive iPhone 13 Pro Max. The display may not be performing normally. I recommend that you do not spend time trying to fix it because no one here will know whether it is a software issue or a hardware issue that causes that behavior by your display.

Your iPhone 13 Pro Max is still covered by Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of it and have to examined that the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. You may even begin by contacting ➡️  Apple Support
