My sim card

My phone keeps saying no SIM card installed so I have no data. But earlier today it was working just fine. It did not say no SIM card. What should I do?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

Shut Down and ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work, then Try reseating the SIM card. Remove the SIM card and place it back in again. If none of the above works, then contact your carrier and get a try a new SIM card.
