Card changed

Hi! I lost my payment card and I’m trying to remove it and add a new card, but it says it can’t be removed because there a pending payment on the account. How can it be fixed?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

Even though you are not requesting a refund the steps here might help as well: Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase



"Learn how to pay an unpaid balance in the App Store or iTunes Store. You must have a valid payment method on file to make purchases in the App Store or iTunes Store."
