Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about the iPhone screen inside an app.
Since this only occurs in those third-party apps, you will need to ask the developer if that's how it works, or if there is a setting to adjust for this.

Regarding a voice note, is this a voice memo you created in iOS, a Voice Message from the cellular provider, a voice memo from inside Messages, or a third-party memo app?
