Apple tv

On my Sony smart tv when I select the apple tv+ option it only goes as far as the logo and no further???

  1. Verify that your smart TV is listed as supporting the Apple TV app.
  2. Do a restart of the TV (not standby–wake, but a real off–on cycle).
  3. Check for OS/firmware updates for the TV.
  4. Check for app updates.
  5. Try a delete–reinstall of the app.
  6. If the app came pre-installed, then contact the TV manufacturer.
