I’m having problems updating my software on my iPhone 13. When I go in settings and go to press update and install, the area where I press stays gray and doesn’t let me update my phone.

This response is to Ozzie 1910 , here is a screenshot of the info under download. I charged the phone overnight , but it still did not update software.
Try connecting to a WiFi network and see if that works. An iPhone 12 or 13 should be able to update on a 5G network.
Resides the area is gray there is any info under download and install ? Plz post a screenshot
