Apple Configurator app on iphone to enroll other iphones and ipads into ABM

Can you use this to enroll iPads or iPhones ? I want to enroll iOS devices with the apple configurator app on my iphone

No. The Apple configurator App for iPhone will only let you enroll Macs onto Apple Configurator that has been set up on a Mac already. It's an extension of the full Apple Configurator app for Mac. You need the full Apple Configurator App for Mac to enroll iPhones or iPads.
