Version 13 on iPhone6 how to install

Hello, how can I update my iphone 6 till version 13.0 since it doesn't even offer to update it in the settings and the last up-to-date version showed there is 12.5.5?

This is required to load an application from AppStore shop that requires version 13.0 and above.
