It IS POSITIVELY, DEFINITELY A SCAM. If you want to be $25 short then do it. And most likely the message isn’t from a friend, it’s from a hacked account. But this is a scam that has been around for centuries, it has just moved in to the 3rd millennium. It’s called a “Ponzi Scheme”; you can google that also. And it is illegal; people have gone to jail for participating. Google "Bernie Madoff" for a high finance version of this scheme.

Told you how? In a message? this sounds suspiciously like a scam. Don't respond to it - phone your friend and ask if she has actually sent you anything. If she hasn't, it's a criminal trying to get your money and possibly your bank details.
It's a really bad idea to post your phone nunber in a public forum, even in an image - it's an invitation to nuisance calls and a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it. Lawrence has seen the image and responded, anyway.
It’s a scam.
This person isn’t your friend, either because your friend’s account has been compromised and a scammer is using it, or because this person isn’t actually your friend.
That “I cannot deceive you” text is just hilarious.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY, TOTALLY, COMPLETELY, AND ENTIRELY A SCAM.

Oh, and congratulations:
She told me it’s not a scam and sent this
And sent this
That is nonsense. How did she send you the money (or how did she say she sent you the money)? If it was using Apple Cash there is no charge for using it.
So you didn't speak to her on the phone?
