Using Purchased Apple music on two apple ID's
Team can I share purchased songs from Apple acrross two apple ID's? It seems like I used to but cannot any more. I have family sharing turned on?

With Family Sharing, you can share PURCHASED music from the iTunes Store among different Apple IDs. But not music that you LEASE with an Apple Music subscription.
