reply time from Apple support

I submitted a request for removal of activation code for a purchased used iPhone. How long to receive an answer or have code removed. I sent all requested information.

Apple Support take so long to reply Hi! I have an Activation lock problem with my iPhone 6S. I have forgot the ID Apple to sign in the iPhone so i contacted with the Apple Support then i received a link to send proof of purchase (receipt). The man from Apple Support said it took 1-2 days to get reply but it is 2 weeks now and i don’t get any response. I’m really confuse because i’m sure that i have texted my E-mail address correct.

For activation lock, it can take some time. But, I doubt that the lock will be removed as you are not the original owner. You're better off returning the device.
