I’m new to Mac and I can’t download apps such as Netflix or YouTube please help

There is no need for Apps to do those jobs or Facebook or FindMyMac.

Use a Web Browser.

Unlike the iPhone, the Mac has a huge Virtual memory and a substantial backing store. It does not need an app for a lot of activities that requires an App on the iPhone.
