Changing pages while using an app

So this happens to me all the time. It is no certain app, it just did it when I tried to open a blue link in a paragraph or anything. When I open it, it starts to go to that link, then automatically a dark screen covering the the screen I want and it won’t let me go back and open it without that screen dropping down every time. Of course now that I want a screen shot none will do it right now so it’s hard to explain.

Hello karol60,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are having an issue when you open links on your screen.

Using this resource will help: If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. It does fit what you've described because the site is not loading properly.

We'd also like to make sure these links aren't related to phishing as described in this guide: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams. If you're seeing odd pop-up ads, this will help too.

Kind regards.
