SSL Certificate Expired

Hello,

I have a 2009 iMac that currently runs El Capitan and cannot update to a newer OS.

Every website I try to access I receive a certificate invalid error. I am unable to renew the SSL certificates and cleared cache/cookies.

I am wondering if it would be easier to purchase a new updated machine instead of fixing it since an older model. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

web pages rejected for bad certificate My MacBook Pro is rejecting web pages because of certificate failure. I have a 2017 13" laptop that is failing me. Any thoughts?

I have a MacBook Air,13", mid 2013 4GB, I have a MacBook Air,13", mid 2013 4GB, and there are no updates available for my OS X Yosemite. If I installed more memory would I then be able to download and install the updated software. I am get an invalid certificate when attempting to load websites.

Is the time correct on your iMac? I know this is kind of basic, but it's always worth a check.
